At Culebrita Cove, we are first and foremost ambassadors of the environment.
It is truly a privilege to live among the natural habitants of the island,
and we plan to have goat sanctuaries and sea turtle awareness programs. Our most important mission is to preserve that ecosystem, and do so in a completely sustainable manner.
In collaboration with EnergyX, the entire island will be run on renewable sources, including solar panels, windmills, and hydro wave buoys. The island lends itself to excellent wind and large waves on a consistent basis.
Further, every structure on Culebrita,
including homes, will have advanced Tesla Solar Roofs, as well as an island- wide, utility size, energy storage backup battery.
Last, we will implore a state-of-the-art desalination system to produce fresh water for residents.
